EBCI Emergency Operations Center

The EBCI Emergency Operations Center consists of a 24,000 SF, 2-story building that houses the Tribe’s Information Technology and Public Safety Departments. The building is divided by floor level to discretely separate the two departments which contain offices, conference rooms, training classrooms, and the 911 console room. Heavy timber trusses are exposed in the large upper level spaces while the angled stairway creates a distinct entry focal point. The building is certified LEED Gold by meeting provisions for excellent indoor quality, an efficient building envelope, and natural daylight to over 90% of the spaces.
